Enhancing the lives of
The Sharon K. Harvey Memorial Foundation (SKH) was established in 2005. The Foundation was incorporated in 2008 and received its 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service in 2013. SKH is the 501(c)(3) entity of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Tau Eta Zeta Chapter (Baltimore, Maryland). Named in memory of sorority chapter member, Sharon K. Harvey, the Foundation was organized to operate exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific, and literary purposes. The Foundation’s signature focus has been to award scholarships to college bound high school seniors as well as college students seeking to continue their higher education.
Our Mission Statement: To affect change and to create opportunities in the Baltimore (Maryland) Metropolitan Area by providing resources, services, and scholarships.
Scholarships
Our foundation is dedicated to supporting college-bound individuals and families with the funding they need to pursue higher education in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area.
Our Initiatives
The Sharon K. Harvey Memorial Foundation initiatives help to improve the lives of children, families, and communities across the Baltimore-Metro area.

Community investments which support domestic violence programs to celebrate survivors, support families and advocate for policy change to end violence.
Mental Health
Strategic community partnerships designed to bring awareness to mental health issues, while dispelling myths and eradicating the social stigma associated with mental illness.
We are comprised of Baltimore area professionals who are members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Tau Eta Zeta Chapter. Dedicated to the outreach efforts of the Foundation, each member is elected to serve for two years terms in office. The Board of Directors handles all of the business and affairs of the SKH Foundation.
The Advisory Council to the Board of Directors was established to assist the Sharon K. Harvey Memorial Foundation with the promotion and accomplishment of the Foundation’s objectives. The Advisory Council assists with appropriate educational research, community service projects, and fund raising. The Council consists of outstanding persons in education, research, community action, philanthropy and/or persons who possess technical or professional skills necessary or helpful to the foundation.

Expertise: Enrolled Agent. Over 20 years career in accounting, tax, and finance as a former IRS agent, corporate accountant, trainer, and business owner.
